Location
Balchik is a small seaside town in Northern Bulgaria which combines the romance of its steep streets with the beauty of the sea. It is located 31 km north from Varna, the largest Bulgarian town at the Black Sea coast. For a long time it has been known as the White Town for the mainly white color of its lime rocks.  Balchik has a 21 centuries history and has preserved traces of many cultures.  Sunny Dream is a quiet residential sea view project in Balchik. The complex is located in the Southern part of Balchik about 100 m from the main road to Albena right behind the Palace Complex and the botanical garden, which is the biggest and most diverse on the Balkans. Three golf courses are currently being built between the towns of Kavarna and Balchik, in proximity to Sunny Dream. There are two possible ways to reach the beach. If you walk down the direct alley, the beach is at about 300 m (350 yards) from the complex. The second road passes by the building of the palace and thus the distance between Balchik Sunny Dream and the beach is longer and it is estimated to approximately 500 m (0,3 miles). The project
The project comprises two mirror buildings built on a plot of 2,950 sq.m. (31,800 sq.ft.) and offers a total of 84 comfortable FULLY FURNISHED apartments, a swimming pool and laundry service. Construction was completed and usage permit issued in the summer of 2007. The buildings have 6 floors and with gross built-up area of 6,144 sq.m (66,100 sq.ft.). The areas of the apartments are between 43 and 202 sq.m. (463 to 2,170 sq.ft.), including kitchen and dining room, spacious bedrooms with terraces, and bathrooms with WC. For the comfort of all residents and their guests Sunny Dream complex provides the following common facilities:    * Fitness centre  * Laundry service    * Exterior swimming pool    * 24-hour security guard    * parking. There are private amenities installed in each apartment:    * Cable TV    * Internet connection    * Air-conditioning    * Furniture in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms.    * Hot water will be provided by an electric boiler installed in the apartment.
