Location
Balchik is a small seaside town in Northern Bulgaria which combines the romance of its steep streets with the beauty of the sea. It is located 31 km north from Varna, the largest Bulgarian town at the Black Sea coast. For a long time it has been known as the White Town for the mainly white color of its lime rocks. Balchik has a 21 centuries history and has preserved traces of many cultures. Sunny Dream is a quiet residential sea view project in Balchik. The complex is located in the Southern part of Balchik about 100 m from the main road to Albena right behind the Palace Complex and the botanical garden, which is the biggest and most diverse on the Balkans. The project
The project comprises two mirror buildings built on a plot of 2,950 sq.m. (31,800 sq.ft.) and offers a total of 84 comfortable FULLY FURNISHED apartments, a swimming pool and laundry service.
