The Perfect House is located in the center of Balchik - an ancient town and a seaside resort , situated terrace - like on a small bay on the Black sea cost in north - eastern part of Bulgaria, 6 km away from the famous holiday resort Albena , 31 km north of Varna with its international airport and 60 km south of
the Romanian border.
The Perfect House is situated in a quiet, peaceful street which is convenient to live at and to have a rest. It is in a lovely location overlooking the sea, the town with pebbled streets, the local houses made of stone and adobe and the limestone rocks which surround the town. Only in a few minutes you can get to all administrative and cultural places of the city, as well as the palace of the Romanian Queen , the palace complex and the botanical garden (the biggest and most diverse in the Balkans), museums, picture galleries, the port (third in significance after Varna and Bourgas, used for medium-size passenger and trade vessels), the fish-market, the yacht marina and coastal alley, which is nice place to stroll and where you can find plenty of shops, cafés ,bars and restaurants, offering seafood and other kind of Bulgarian and European cuisine .
For the people loving sport Balchik can offer a wide range of sporting activities – golf, windsurfing, sailing, scuba-diving, fishing and of course swimming.
The Perfect House designed in accordance with the modern architectural trends is a five-storey building with terrace-like roofs and an open car-park on the first floor . It consists of 7 apartments, 4 studios and one penthouse with balconies and panoramic terraces with pergolas, creating extra comfort. The building structure is monolithic. The walls are brick. The height of each floor is 3.06 m.
During the construction of the house (the façade and profile parts) there were used modern heat- and hydro- insulation materials. The house is specially designed to provide invisible air conditioning installation.
