Property Inspection

Twice a month in the winter season twice a week in the summer season- sending report including check-up list from the inspection.
 
The visits include:
 
Composing an initial inventory list with all your house contents – furnishing, appliances, special features – on the primary visit
 
Visual inspection of the interior, and check for any obvious defects
 
Airing off all rooms in the property
 
Check-up:
                  
- for insect-pests damages
 
- appliances and electrical equipment
 
- furniture and household goods for damages, wear and tear
 
- sanitary equipment and plumbing, flushing the toilets for refreshment
 
- security system and equipment
 
- for cracks and building aberrations - outside and inside
 
- garden condition
 
- inventory from the initial list
